Wine, food, a spa day and rain, a birthday to remember.

The weekend kicked off at Arista Winery, where we enjoyed a private tasting in the cozy cottage, accompanied by exquisite wines and delectable bites, all while witnessing the beauty of an approaching storm. There's something magical about celebrating amidst rainfall. Nestled in the apartment above Arista's barn, we had two enchanting nights, serenaded by the soothing melody of raindrops.

After a leisurely afternoon, we prepared ourselves for an extraordinary dining experience at SingleThread Farms, where Japanese-inspired cuisine paired harmoniously with exquisite wines.

In the morning, we braved the storm to indulge in heavenly pastries from the local gem, Quail & Condor, with their cinnamon rolls steal the show. Cozy on the couch, we shared a joyful morning FaceTime celebration with my family, honoring not just my special day, but also my father's, who coincidentally shares the same birthday.

We embraced further relaxation and pampering with a rejuvenating afternoon at Osmosis Day Spa & Sanctuary. From a serene tea ceremony to the detoxifying embrace of a cedar enzyme bath, and culminating in soothing massages & rejuvenating facials, we emerged from the sanctuary softer, more relaxed, and utterly content.

A stop at Pizzando treated us to sumptuous takeout, perfectly complemented by fine wine, culminating in a cozy evening of indulgence, complete with a decadent chocolate chip cookie. On our last morning we popped into Black Oak Coffee Roasters for a hot drink to enjoy on our drive home. It was the idyllic conclusion to an unforgettable day filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.
